Central IN DSA’s labor committee works to carry out education for its members and working class at large; organize the working class at large with the goal of unionizing; and mobilize CINDSA membership and the public to support unions, strikes, union drives, and anything else to the benefit of the working class.

Our current project is called Workers Circles. A Worker Circle is a peer mentoring group for workers to help each other resolve workplace issues using proven organizing principles. Worker Circles are open to all workers who do not have hiring, firing or disciplining power in their workplace. We meet regularly at the Central Indiana DSA office.
