DESCRIPTION:Join CINDSA’s Labor Committee for a Worker’s Circle! Come enjoy some coffee with us and socialize with some fellow workers. This will be located at our CINDSA office at 1915 W 18th St. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nWorker’s Circles bring together members of different unions\, folks on active organizing drives\, and the union-curious to discuss our workplace conditions and how we can act collectively to change them. \n\n\n\nIn addition to discussion of abstract principles\, (democracy\, power\, leadership\, solidarity\, etc.)\, folks are encouraged to bring specific examples from their own unions/workplaces to discuss with the group \n\n\n\nThe goals of Workers’ Circles are as follows: \n\n\n\n\nHelp workers organize collectively to make material changes to their working conditions\n\n\n\nProvide support and expertise for newer members of the Labor movement\n\n\n\nReform our unions internally to function more democratically and develop new leaders
